What makes a weekend? Here at Groucho HQ (which the savvy of you know, is the window just above the terrace – that’s right, we can see you) we have been pondering this very question. It’s a big one – there have been broken friendships, existential debates, emotional reunions. Yet, our findings have led us to believe that, the most important thing about a weekend, is that they are sacred. The time is fully your own, and it’s limited, and you need to spend it wisely. Which is why, everything involved in our weekends is ‘Groucho Approved’, and this little silver seal of approval is your golden ticket to a good time.
Our Saturday brunches are the ideal blend of hair of the dog, and pre-party pick me ups; the relaxed vinyl tunes spun by our wonderful DJs will start the weekend as it means to go on (but we’ll be gentle, as the hangover is probably our fault anyway). Then, as of Sunday 30th April, we are bringing back the Groucho BBQ, giving our all-you-can-eat Sunday feast a chargrilled edge. Whether it’s family friendly fun, or drowning yourself in Bloody Marys, our world is your oyster (there are also oysters in our buffet, FYI). Occasionally we throw in a free film screening too, just because we’re nice like that.
