Groucho Pop Up at the Big Feastival 2016

Groucho Pop-up @ The Big Feastival (26-28th August 2016) – Alex James’ Farm, Cotswolds

The latest Groucho Club Pop-up was perhaps our greatest triumph to date. After years of talking about visiting Big Festival and Alex James’ beautiful farm in Oxford, we were delighted to be situated in Alex’s Cheese Hub ready to give it our all. And action it was. Biblical weather with mud, flooding and a lightning strike directly on the Hub would’ve deterred most staff, but our heroic bartenders donned their wellies and kept those English Summer Punches and other fine cocktails flowing for the thirsty hordes. Not only were spirits very much kept up, and downed, but the general consensus was our valiant bar staff impromptu dancing on the bar top being the highlight of the whole event.
