‘Some of my best evenings at the Groucho have come courtesy of Nicky Carter — from one of my first nights there as a member where things got increasingly rowdy (I’m sure there was a spoons solo by someone at some point but can’t remember what prompted it), to a great after-show party back at the Groucho when all plans to stay for just a few drinks turned into a long night of drinking, dancing and falling over with old friends.’
