Massive self-control is needed around the food of Ben Tish, his renowned restaurant group including Salt Yard, Dehesa and Ember Yard have built their reputations on delicious sharing food and charcuterie from Spain and Italy. Small plates for sharing; tapas-style is a great way to sample lots of exquisite flavours, but etiquette demands one cannot hog them all. A quick look at Ben’s menu and you know it’s going be hard to share anything. Book fast and choose your dinner guests wisely i.e. not big eaters!
