The Glorious Grouse Dinner

Following last year’s fantastic Club Dinner with Ben Tish, we are proud to announce The Glorious Grouse Dinner this August.
Kicking the night off at 7pm with a Heather honey and Earl Grey Martini, the Club Dinner will comprise of:
Butter milk fried grouse legs, marjoram and alioli
BBQ sweet corn with game butter
Grilled Westerdale grouse, quince and sage
Potato and lardo cakes
Summer squash, heather honey and savoy cabbage
(Served with game sauce and caramelized bread sauce)
Warm victoria plum, almond and pistachio tart with plum ripple ice cream
Wensleydale, crushed blackberries and rye bread
