You should know by now that Golden Slippers presents a regular night of new and eminent music at the Groucho Club for our delectation and delight. And delightful and delectable they all are for this event; featuring Grammy nominated BIRDY. Inspired largely by Japanese culture and landscape, as well as Pre-Raphaelite artwork, Birdy’s latest album Beautiful Lies focuses on love and loss throughout.
With support from Paradisia, a London-based 70’s influenced trio comprising of Sophie-Rose (vocals), Anna (harp) and Kristy (vocals, keyboard), whose striking vocals, harp and adept songwriting are harmonized with stunningly orchestrated visuals.
